These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Richard Casino, operated by Hollycorn N.V., a company registered in Curaçao, holding gambling licence number 8048/JAZ 2019-015 issued by Antillephone N.V. By creating an account or using any service on this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

To register and play at Richard Casino you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Be accessing the site from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted.

We reserve the right to request identity verification at any time. Failure to comply may result in account suspension.

2. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be voided. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. All information provided at registration must be accurate and current. Providing false information may result in immediate account termination.

3. Deposits

  • Minimum deposit: AU$35
  • Maximum deposit: AU$7,000 per transaction
  • Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, Interac, MiFinity, ecoPayz, bank transfer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT
  • Accepted currencies: AUD, USD, EUR, CAD, NZD, BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT

Deposits are credited to your account upon confirmation from the payment provider. Richard Casino does not accept third-party payments.

4. Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: AU$45
  • Maximum per transaction: AU$7,000 (for card and e-wallet methods)
  • Processing time: most withdrawals processed within 24 hours of approval
  • Identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal is processed

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where possible. Richard Casino reserves the right to apply additional verification checks for large withdrawals.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses are subject to individual terms which are published alongside each offer. General bonus rules:

  • Bonuses are available to new players who make a qualifying deposit of at least AU$35.
  • Bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
  • Only one bonus may be active at any time unless stated otherwise.
  • Richard Casino reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
  • Bonus abuse, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting patterns, will result in forfeiture of bonus and winnings.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer law in your jurisdiction.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site following notification of changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered players of material changes via email.
